Returns and Refunds
If you are unhappy with our bulbs size or quality, just let us know and you could return it for a refund. We always would ship the best quality produce. We do not ship it, if there are any quality issues.
Our policy lasts 7 days from the day it was received. The customer would pay for return shipping fee. If 7 days have gone by since your shipment arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
We start shipping out produce on first week of September on first-come, first-served basis.
We do not accept International orders.
It will take up to 3 weeks to process the backlogged orders when produce is in stock. For pre-orders the produce is shipped when it complies with the quality requirements.
Please have your tracking number ready and contact the carrier for any items lost in the mail. If you are out of luck, please send us an email with you order number, and we will try to help you out. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, if you did not pay for return shipping label.
